Participants may
register for the complete three-symposium series or for individual symposia.
Registration
is not confirmed until payment has been received.

Registration fee
includes dinner.

be limited to the first 100 applicants.

Registered participants
will be sent a confirmation letter with travel information and details
of the schedule and location of the program.

Refunds for an
individual symposium, requested no later than one full week before the
symposium, will be made in full or prorated for the series registration.
