Clifton Ealy, UIUC

(Joint work with Krzysztof Krupinski and Anand Pillay)

Abstract:
Rosy groups with NIP and finitely satisfiable generics (FSG) provide a promising generalization of stable groups. I will briefly review the setting and definitions introduced by Krupinski in his March 6th talk, and describe the proofs of the results he only mentioned, focusing on the recently completed dimension 2 case.
