Cohomology of moduli space
Abstract: I will discuss old and new points of view on the
cohomology of the basic moduli spaces in
algebraic geometry: Grassmannians, map spaces,
and curves. The talk will start with ideas of Schubert,
Mumford, and Faber and end with some new results.
