The Lefschetz Fixed Point Theorem
Abstract: This talk will be an overview of the Lefshetz Theorem, accessible to graduate students. The topics include:
1. Classical Lefschetz Theorem
2. Atiyah-Bott fixed point Theorem
3. Heitsch-Lazarov Theorem
4. Rich Theorem
In all four cases, we only discuss the DeRahm complex for simplicity, although all results generalize to any elliptic complex.
