Curvature bounds and heat kernels estimates in sub-Riemannian geometry
Abstract: In this talk we will review some recent results concerning the study of the correct subriemannian analogue of the notion of Ricci curvature bounds. We will then show how these geometric bounds imply global Li-Yau type estimates for positive solutions of the heat equation.
