On the Borel complexity of some classes of Banach spaces
Abstract: This talk will lie between the intersection of descriptive set theory and the theory of Banach spaces. I will introduce some basic definitions from descriptive set theory and the standard coding for the separable Banach spaces SB. With that in mind, we are able to wonder whether classes of Banach spaces are Borel or not in this special coding. I will discuss the Borel complexity of some specific classes and talk about how to use its Borel complexity in order to get some non universality results.
