Adaptive Optimal Two-Treatment Crossover Designs with Binary Endpoint
Abstract: We develop a two-stage adaptive optimal (AO) two-treatment
crossover design with binary endpoint; compared with the popular Internal
Pilot (IP) design, the AO design reduces the sample size as well as
maintains the power of hypothesis testing.
