The complexity of the homeomorphism relation between compact metric spaces
Abstract: We consider the analysis of classification problems in the context of Borel reducibility and outline a proof that the complexity of the homeomorphism relation between compact metric spaces coincides, in this way, with that of the complete orbit equivalence relation of Polish group actions.
