Volume of Line Bundles: piecewise polynomial in our dreams
Abstract: We will recall the definitions from last time, and then compute the effective and nef cones of the blowup of the projective plane at a point as well as the volume function on this space. We'll then define a Mori Dream Space and informally discuss its relation to the volume function.
