Seifert bundles
Abstract: This is the third (sixth in Kirby's original paper) of the eight (or nine) approaches to the Poincare homology sphere. I'll introduce Seifert manifolds and Seifert bundles, the context being a 3-manifold with a circle action, allowing us to consider the quotient of the two. Relationships to the other approaches will also be discussed.
