Abstract: In this most recent installment of Eight Faces of the Poincare Sphere, we'll be hearing from Jake Herndon about how the Poincare Homology sphere can be obtained through plumbing on the E8 Link, and then from Paul Rapoport about surgery on that same link, as well as a brief discussion of the Kirby calculus, whose moves unite the assorted surgeries on links we've seen thus far.
