Poset persistent homology
Abstract: This talk builds on part one from the previous week. I will describe zigzag persistence and generalized persistence modules as functors from posets. Using the right filtration functor of Carlsson and de Silva I will introduce a method to compare two persistence modules connected by a path in the universal persistent homology space.
