An Introduction to Dynamics via Mostow Rigidity
Abstract: In this talk we will discuss some basic notions in the fields of ergodic theory and geometric group theory. By way of providing some organizing priniciple, we will introduce these notions as they appear in a very rough outline of Mostow's rigidity theorem
