Quandles and Biquandles
Abstract: This talk will continue our discussion of quandles and will introduce a generalization of this structure,called
the biquandle. Biquandles are algebraic structure that include solutions of set theoretic Yang-Baxter equations.
They are of particular interest in virtual knot theory. We'll recall the Alexander Biquandle that we discussed in
December.
