Rotational Virtual Knot Theory
Abstract: We will discuss how a variant of virtual knot theory allows the extension of all quantum link invariants.
In this extension, called rotational virtual knot theory, detour moves are restricted to regular homotopies in the plane.
We will give example of rotational virtual knots and links that are not detected by quantum invariants, but are detected by
an extension of the parity bracket invariant.
