Rotational Virtual Knot Theory
Abstract: This talk continues a previous talk about rotational virtuals. We will review the previous discussion of the bracket
polynomial for rotational virtual knots and links and its relation to the Manturov parity bracket. Then we will
spend the majority of the talk on the structure of quantum link invariants for rotational virtual knots using
a functor from Morse tangle category to a diagrammatic category for a Hopf algebra.
