Knots, Diagrams, Categories and Computation
Abstract: This talk will discuss relationships of knots with computation. Topics include diagram categories that model classical computation and their relationship with
the Artin Braid group, diagrammatic lambda calculus in relation to knot and link diagrams, quantum computation using unitary representations of the braid group.
