Limit groups and positive-genus towers
Abstract: Elementarily free groups are a special class of limit groups, very closely related to free groups. Positive-genus towers provide a very simple technique for proving that elementarily free groups have certain properties. Applications include quick proofs that elementarily free groups are LERF and also measure equivalent to free groups.
